Our Trans Journey is a blog about two people in love, Nadia and Chayton, who happen to be transgender living in Kenya.
Both, being at different stages of their transition, and having struggled for years with gender dysphoria, realized that there was a serious knowledge and information gap and pertains to transgender issues in Africa. African trans stories are few and far between and this is the main reason that led to Nadia and Chayton choosing to open up their otherwise private lives to the world.
This blog will dig into the daily lives of the two; the joys, the sorrows, the struggles, the accomplishment and their transition journey. It is dedicated to all those trans people out there who struggle on their own. This is to let you know that you are not alone! Everything falls into place eventually.
